Victory Cup Farm Bash and Car Show in New York

Event Description

Join thousands of spectators at The Victory Cup: “The Best Party of the Summer!” and watch intense matchups on a gorgeous polo field!

In 2015, approximately $25,000 was donated to various charities.The Victory Cup has consistently grown in both New York and Austin and we feel confident that we are on track to become a 5,000 attendee event in both New York and Texas within a few short seasons.

A tribute to supporting local, sustainable agriculture the event is now held in the gorgeous Hudson Valley on a working and picturesque farm on Quaker Hill, in Pawling NY (55 miles due north of Manhattan (take the train!). This is not your typical polo match – come ready to party and enjoy an awesome farm to table meal prepared by Chef Rich Parents of Clock Tower Grill on the polo field, after the match, and with the polo players!

We are committed to ensuring that the unique experience that the Victory Cup provides only gets better and improves with time. Our goal is to maintain and improve the quality of the event, refine the VIP and even General Admission experience while slowly and consistently growing the event each year.

The location, Kirby Hill Farm, is a modern equestrian center just an hour north of New York City, is located on a rolling countryside of forests and trails. The 5-star equestrian facility will provide horse enthusiasts with premium boarding, training and recreational options for nearly every discipline and skill level. Kirby Hill offers boarders top level equestrian care featuring 85 stalls, two indoor riding arenas and more than 30 paddocks located on 247 picturesque acres on Kirby Hill Road in Pawling, NY.

This spectacular event features local, farm to table foods, beer and wine. The Victory Cup has broken the mold and throws a polo match that everyone can enjoy. This event is all about meeting great people, respecting the sport, the horses and the players and having a great time!

Victory Cup®, presented by Black Stone USA (www.BlackStoneTexas.com), was an annual social event and fundraiser that Senator Greg Ball held during his time in office. Now that Greg has returned to the private sector, Victory Cup® lives on as a private, for profit event and ‘The Best Party of the Summer®’.

This event is being hosted by Black Stone (a technology and marketing company) as a fundraiser, in part, for their cherished not for profit ‘Green Chimneys’. While the event is a private, for profit event, The Victory Cup partners with local charities, affording them the opportunity to use a code to receive 70% of all sales tracked to that code! Please use the code ‘Green Chimneys’.

Parking, Sponsor & Ticket Policy

Ticket and sponsor purchase is final and there will be absolutely no refunds made.

In the event of inclement weather the party will typically still be held at the same location under the VIP tent, pavilion. However, if the event is cancelled for any reason (including weather), all ticket purchases will be credited toward future ticket purchases for the next Victory Cup Polo match event at the same location.

The ticket and/or sponsor package issued by The Victory Cup & Black Stone USA, Inc. only grants entry into The Victory Cup. This ticket is a revocable license. Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected in the sole discretion of Black Stone USA, Inc. Black Stone USA, Inc. may refuse admission to, or eject, any ticket holder who is deemed to be disorderly, or who fails to comply with these terms or any and all security measures.

Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the The Victory Cup: ‘The Best Party of the Summer’ or related events, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury. The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any picture, account or description (whether text, data or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing of all or any part of The Victory Cup: ‘The Best Party of the Summer’ or related events. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the holder. The ticket holder grants to Black Stone USA, Inc. and their designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, likeness, name and image in any media now or hereafter existing captured in connection with the The Victory Cup: ‘The Best Party of the Summer’ or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of Black Stone USA, Inc, their sponsors, licensees, advertisers or broadcasters.
